Heng Chin joined the Min Quan project in Manchester in 2007. Her role is to create an effective victim support infrastructure across Greater Manchester by developing coherent relationships with voluntary, community and statutory agencies and to engage the Chinese community.

Before joining The Monitoring Group, Heng Chin completed her Masters in Social Policy at Oxford University and her B.Sc in Psychology at the University of York.
