Dilys is a caseworker mainly working with victims residing in London. Where the cases are severe, Dilys also works with victims from other parts of the UK. Dilys specialises in high profile murder cases, and for her victim-centered support is a priority.

Over the past year, the safety of minority ethnic communities and unauthorised foreign workers have become important issues. Dilys has dealt with cases of racial attack, murder, and police using excessive force. Working on the front line of victimisation, Dilys believes that The Monitoring Group's support can be a turning point in clients' problems. Dilys says,

"I trust it is a time for the relevant agencies to review the problems and rebuild trust on the community in their confidence in criminal justice system. I am hoping to see an end of race crimes."

Before joining The Monitoring Group, Dilys graduated from York University with a B.Sc in Psychology.
