Amar started as a volunteer over 14 years ago at The Monitoring Group at the time of the Stephen Lawrence Murder. He was then employed as an administrator and then became a caseworker at our Southall office. He is now the practice manager at The Monitoring Group's head office.

Amar has always had an interest in human rights, civil rights and equality.  He particularly believes that racism and police misconduct should not be tolerated in any form in society.
